Because of the nature of Adult Emporium products, please choose carefully, as we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item is deemed faulty.

For lingerie, hosiery and costumes, Adult Emporium size guides are accurate. Please measure yourself correctly before placing your order. 

Faulty Products

• If a product is faulty, the customer must notify Adult Emporium within 5 days of delivery or pickup from the store. Advising Adult Emporium after 5 days may void your claim. In accordance with the Fair Trade Act, Adult Emporium will not exchange or refund any item due to a change of mind, or if the fault was caused by negligence or inappropriate use.
   
• Please purchase new batteries, as this is the cause of the problem in most cases. 

We hygienically check every product we sell for functionality to ensure quality and minimise inconvenience from faulty goods.

• The customer is responsible for returning the product to our store.
• However, for items deemed faulty by our Quality Control Department, return postage for a replacement item will be at our expense.

Warranty Exceptions

Certain manufacturers offer a manufacturer warranty. If your product falls within this category, Adult Emporium will gladly handle your warranty claim on your behalf.
