Due to the nature of Adult Emporium products, please ensure you choose carefully as no refunds or exchanges will be provided unless the item is deemed faulty.

For lingerie, hosiery and costumes, Adult Emporium size guides are accurate. Please ensure before you place your order that you measure yourself correctly. 

Faulty Products

• In the event that a product is faulty, the customer must notify Adult Emporium within 5 days of delivery or pickup from the store. Advising Adult Emporium after 5 days may void your claim. In accordance with the Fair Trade Act, Adult Emporium will not exchange or refund any item due to a change of mind, or if the fault was caused by negligence or inappropriate use.
   
• Please be sure to purchase new batteries as this is generally the cause of the problem in most cases. 

Every product we sell is hygienically checked for functionality and to ensure product quality and to minimize any inconvenience caused with faulty goods.

• The customer is responsible for the return of the product to our store.
• However, in the case of items deemed faulty by our Quality Control Department, return postage of a replacement item will be at our expense.

Warranty Exceptions

Certain manufacturers offer a manufacturer warranty. If your product falls within this category, Adult Emporium will gladly handle your warranty claim on your behalf.
